1. The main function is to cool down the hot aluminum ash after the rotary furnace (ash rubbing machine) extracts aluminum water through water spray heat exchange and grade screening. It can reduce the high-temperature aluminum ash of 700-900℃ to below 50℃ in a short time, avoiding the combustion and oxidation of high-temperature aluminum ash, thereby increasing the recovery rate of aluminum in aluminum ash and generating significant economic benefits.

2. It adopts straight strip guide strips, roller + ball ash pressing, short cooling time, strong processing capacity, and coarse and fine grading of waste aluminum ash. It has the advantages of low investment cost, low operating cost, low maintenance cost, low aluminum content in aluminum ash, high labor efficiency, good economic benefits, and less environmental impact.
